The Miyazaki Chair Factory, a furniture manufacturer specialized in solid wood chairs, will hold an exhibition at Fuorisalone Milan 2015 for the fourth consecutive year.
More than 2600 people visited our exhibition last year. As the demand from furniture and interior design-related companies from all over the world keeps growing, the theme for our 2015 exhibition is "Creation and Production". We have chosen 10 keywords - "Joint", "Bend", "Knock-down", "Connect", "Japanese materials", "Variety", "Upholster", "Carve", "Lightweight" and "Long-lasting"- to express our approach to creating and producing unique chairs and the 20 most representative chairs are to be displayed at the venue.
Among the 20 chairs on display there are works of Koizumi Makoto and Murasawa Kazuteru, furniture designers involved in workshop-style design development for 15 years, and the most recent works of Inoda + Sveje based in Milan, Kai Kristiansen from Denmark, and Andreas Kowalewsky from Germany.
In visiting our exhibition, you will experience the results made possible by combining design and technology, following our theme "Creation and Production".
